Welcome to the eighth vlog Nate published about his progress and experience during our Roundtable Wellness program. The program included several months of acupuncture treatments, yoga, and lifestyle practices focused around nutrition, sleep habits, and self-awareness.
While some people seem aptly able to jump from one thing to the next, no stress no mess, others of us can become basketcases when we’re living life that way. Transitioning smoothly from one activity to the next is a thing for some people — the end of a meeting and the start of another, or the end of a conversation, or even moving from waking up to getting in the shower. Life has these built-in pauses and yet many of us rush through them and then wonder why we’re stress-heads by 11 a.m.
Nate talks about his experience with transitions in this vlog and he discusses ways to make the feeling of upset go away, how to slow life down no matter how busy it is, and how to find more comfort in those awkward moments that happen between life events and schedule reminders.
